To be considered for a refund, your request must be made by contacting Kinga@mamakinga.co.uk within 48 hours of booking, unless sessions/services have already started/used. A full refund will be provided if the request is made within 28 days and services have not started yet.

To initiate the refund process, please contact Kinga@mamakinga.co.uk with your order details and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed within 2-3 working days of approval and will be issued to the original method of payment.

3. Refunds for Started Sessions
In the event that classes/courses sessions have already started, www.mamakinga.co.uk reserves the right to refund pro-rata for the remainder of sessions not attended if booked on a course. The pro-rata calculation will be based on the number of sessions remaining.

4. Refunds Less Fees and Charges
Refunds may be subject to deduction of any incurred payment fees and charges. www.mamakinga.co.uk reserves the right to deduct such fees to cover transaction costs associated with the refund.
