121 Coaching

As a certified yoga teacher and corporate well-being coach, I offer personalised 1:1 coaching to women who are juggling a demanding career, personal life, and family obligations. Whether you are a new mum, a mum-to-be, or a busy woman with a demanding career, my coaching programs are designed to support you in achieving a greater sense of balance, calm, and fulfillment in all areas of your life.


My coaching sessions combine yoga, mindfulness, and other evidence-based techniques to help you manage stress, increase energy, and enhance your overall well-being. Together, we'll develop a customised plan that meets your unique needs and goals, whether you want to increase your physical strength, reduce anxiety, or find more clarity and focus in your daily life.

With my support, you'll learn how to integrate self-care practices into your busy schedule and develop a deeper understanding of yourself as a woman: your body, your mind and all your feels and emotions.


You'll emerge from our coaching sessions feeling more centered, empowered, and resilient, with the tools you need to thrive in both your personal and professional life.

Lunchtime relaxation and breathwork sessions

Kinga's sessions always gave me that time to take 5 minutes aware from my screen and just breathe and reset.
