Hello, and welcome! My name is Kinga, and I’m here to support pregnant and postnatal women in Macclesfield and East Cheshire as they navigate their journey to motherhood.

As a yoga teacher, doula, hypnobirthing instructor, baby massage facilitator and mother, my goal is to offer you a holistic, nurturing experience that will help you feel empowered, confident, and calm throughout this incredible transition.

My Journey into Yoga: From Burnout to Balance

My yoga journey began after I experienced burnout during my corporate banking career. In the middle of juggling high demands, I knew I needed something to bring balance back into my life. That's when I found yoga.

In 2017, I completed my 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training, which marked a significant turning point for me. Yoga became a lifeline—helping me reconnect with my body, calm my mind, and find inner peace amidst the stress of a demanding career. Teaching yoga soon became my way of sharing that sense of calm and balance with others.

A Life-Changing Decision: Leaving the Corporate World Behind

In 2019, I decided to take a bold step and leave my banking career behind. After taking voluntary redundancy, I headed to Bali for a transformative 300-hour Advanced Hatha, Yin, Pranayama, and Meditation teacher training. This was a deeply spiritual journey, allowing me to deepen my practice and explore yoga on a much more profound level.

It was during my time in Bali that I began to reconnect with my feminine cycle, learning how the rhythms of our bodies can shape our wellbeing. I adjusted my yoga practice to honour these cycles, embracing the natural ebbs and flows of energy. This personal shift in my practice transformed how I understood myself as a woman and deepened my passion for supporting other women on their journeys.

A Focus on Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga

In preparation for my own future pregnancy, I completed a Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training. This gave me the knowledge and confidence to support women during one of the most transformational times of their lives. I wanted to provide women with the tools to stay connected to their bodies, calm their minds, and approach birth with confidence.

When I became pregnant myself, I was fortunate enough to have the support of a doula. Her guidance was invaluable and helped me navigate the complexities of the UK maternity system with confidence. Inspired by this experience, I became a certified Doula to provide the same level of care and emotional support to other women.

My Postnatal Experience and Passion for Supporting Mothers

After giving birth, I faced my own challenges, including postnatal depression and the physical toll of recovery. This experience helped me realise just how essential postnatal support is, and how crucial it is for mothers to feel nurtured and cared for during this time.

​

This is why I’m so passionate about offering Doula services, Postnatal Yoga, Baby Yoga, and Postnatal Massage to new mothers. I understand the challenges of postpartum recovery and want to provide a supportive, safe space for mothers to heal, regain strength, and connect with their babies.

​

I aim to create nurturing spaces where women feel empowered, supported, and connected. Whether you’re looking for yoga during pregnancy, postnatal recovery, or birth support, I’m here to guide you with empathy and expert knowledge.

  • 60hr Teen Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher with Charlotta Martinus

  • Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Lisa White

  • Yoga Alliance accredited Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training with Sally Parkes

  • Corporate Wellness Coach Diploma CME accredited with CoE

  • Hypnobirthing Diploma CMA accredited

  • Baby Yoga & Massage with HandsonBabies RCM accredited (training in progress)
