I used to be a constant worrier and over-thinker, until I found yoga. Focusing on my body and breath during different yoga poses helped me to shift my awareness away from those constant chatters in my mind.

I felt drawn to explore yoga deeper and years back when due to my demanding job I experienced burnout and anxiety I stepped back a bit and decided to do things for myself. Ready for change, I took a yoga teacher training course and became a 200-hr Hatha yoga teacher in 2017.

​

Inspired to share how yoga can really help,  I introduced it to my workplace with great success doing lunchtime relaxation and meditation sessions. 

I then always had this balance of building a successful banking career as well as sharing yoga with others.

​

Years down the line life then took a turn, and I decided to trust the universe. I took voluntary redundancy and headed to Bali for a transformative 300-hr advanced Hatha, Yin, Pranayama, and meditation course. The experience opened my heart and mind, and now I cherish my unique place in this world feeling fully alive in the realities of life. 

​

During my training in Bali, I started delving deeper into the feminine and the power of women's cycles. This led me to reshape my yoga practice, embracing gentleness and the natural ebbs and flows of our cycle and the shifts of the different elements within. This shift ended up with me stopping contraception, reconnect with my feminine rhythms through journaling and yoga, and eventually led me to pursue pregnancy yoga teacher training in preparation for my personal journey of starting a family.

Then all just fell into place I met my now partner and father of my child, and as life unfolded during this transition of becoming a mother I kept up with my yoga trainings and other skills all fully algined with my experience in life: completed my postnatal yoga teacher training course, hypnobithing and baby yoga & massage as well as becoming a doula to fully support new mothers.

So here I am , juggling life as a new mum,  entrepreneur and part time finance worker trying to make the most of it all!
