Pregnancy and becoming a parent can be one of the most transformative times in your life: it can also bring uncertainty, information overload and endless opinions about what you should or should not do.

My mission is to help you move beyond simply collecting information and instead feel truly prepared to navigate your own unique journey.

As a doula, pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher, and hypnobirthing instructor based in Macclesfield, East Cheshire, I combine evidence-based birth education, practical preparation, movement, relaxation and emotional connection to help you understand your body, explore your choices and prepare for whatever path your birth may take.

My own journey into motherhood showed me the importance of feeling informed, heard and genuinely supported. After navigating the complexities of the maternity system myself, I became passionate about creating the space I wish every woman had — a space where she can ask questions without judgement, understand her options, connect with her intuition and feel deeply supported.

Through my Pregnancy Yoga, Hypnobirthing & Birth Circle, Private Birth Preparation, The Birth Snug Experience and Doula Support, I offer personalised support that meets you wherever you are on your journey — from your first questions in pregnancy to the early weeks of motherhood.

Pregnancy Yoga, Hypnobirthing & Birth Circle

A weekly 90-minute space to move, breathe, connect and prepare for your unique birth journey.

More than a pregnancy yoga class, these intimate sessions combine gentle movement, breathwork, relaxation,

hypnobirthing, birth education and a supportive pregnancy circle.

You will also have the opportunity to share your experiences, ask questions that may arise during appointments and connect with other expectant mothers over a cup of tea and nourishing snacks.

These sessions are designed to help you feel more comfortable in your changing body, calmer in your mind and more informed, connected and prepared for whatever path your birth may take.

The Birth Snug Experience 

An intimate one-day birth preparation retreat for couples.

A unique and interactive experience designed to help you move beyond simply collecting information and feel truly prepared for birth and the transition into parenthood.

In a small, supportive group of only 4–6 couples, we explore the journey of labour through practical exercises, birth scenarios, partner role-play and evidence-based discussion.

With a nourishing lunch, refreshments and plenty of space for honest conversations, this is a chance to step away from the overwhelm of endless advice and spend one dedicated day preparing for your unique birth journey together in an immersive and integrative setting.

Private Birth Preparation & Doula Support

Personalised guidance and continuous support for your unique birth journey.

Every birth journey is different. Some families are looking for more than a group class, they want dedicated time to explore their individual circumstances, ask questions, prepare their birth partner and feel supported every step of the way.

Whether you choose personalised one-to-one birth preparation or a full doula package, I offer tailored support combining birth physiology, evidence-based education, hypnobirthing, practical comfort measures and emotional guidance.

From navigating the “what ifs” and creating your birth preferences to continuous support throughout pregnancy, birth and the early postpartum period, my role is to help you feel informed, heard and deeply supported throughout your journey.

Postnatal Support

Nurturing you through the fourth trimester and your journey into motherhood.

The early weeks and months with a new baby can be beautiful, intense and deeply transformative. While so much focus is placed on preparing for birth, many parents enter the postpartum period without the support, knowledge and confidence they truly need.

Through postnatal doula support, postnatal yoga and baby massage, I offer a gentle and nurturing space to support your recovery, emotional wellbeing and confidence as a new parent.

Whether you need practical support at home, a listening ear, a chance to reconnect with your body through movement, or a beautiful opportunity to bond with your baby and connect with other parents, my postnatal services are designed to help you feel held, supported and never alone in your transition into motherhood.

I’ve absolutely loved attending the pregnancy yoga sessions with Kinga. She creates such a warm, supportive environment, and the group dynamic is genuinely special.

 

Each session has the perfect balance of hypnobirthing and mindset work, yoga and stretching, followed by relaxed chats with other mums-to-be (and snacks!!), which has been such a highlight.

It really helped to inform and prepare me and my partner so when it came to the birth of our baby he was able to be an advocate for my preferences so I could be in my zone, relaxed and just focused on my labour.


It really helped me feel more calm and empowered during my pregnancy with all the unknowns of the upcoming birth.

I also attended Kingas weekly yoga and hypnobirthing session throughout my pregnancy. It was such a welcoming supportive space, it was so lovely to be in a community with other mums to be, just to share and connect with us all being in the same stage of life.
