Originally from Hungary and sharing my life with my partner from Nigeria, our multicultural family embodies a vibrant blend of traditions, values, and diverse perspectives.
As I embarked on the transformative path to motherhood, I encountered firsthand the intricacies and challenges of navigating the UK maternity system. It was during this journey that I realised the significance of having a personal support system that empowers women with knowledge and practical tools to experience a positive birth, feeling confident and calm throughout their maternal journey.

I offer weekly postnatal yoga classes, regular workshops and courses on baby massage for both parents.
