The Birth Snug Socials
Your Calm, Empowered, Connected Birth starts right here!

A series of beautifully curated gatherings for expectant parents who want practical tools, expert guidance, and a warm community – all in a friendly, relaxed setting: imagine an immersive experience where you and your birth partner can integrate all learnings.

Not another antenatal class. Not just hypnobirthing.
The Birth Snug Socials weave together hypnobirthing, biomechanics, decision-making frameworks, and trauma-informed tools into cosy, small-group workshops that leave you nourished, confident, and connected.

Each session ends with time to share food, conversation, and community — because birth prep should feel supportive, not clinical.
Each session can be booked individually if you’re only interested in a specific theme, but the full series is designed to build on one another — so you’ll get the most benefit by attending all three.

Even after all the reading, courses, and planning…
-
You still lie awake at night wondering if you’ll cope with the pain.
-
You’ve done NCT, but secretly feel like you still don’t know what to expect on the day.
-
You’ve tried an online hypnobirthing course, but worry you won’t remember it when things get intense.
-
You want your partner to be more than a bystander — but you’re not sure they know what to do.
-
You have a birth plan, but fear it might all get thrown out the window.
-
You want to believe you can do this, but there’s still a quiet voice asking: “What if I can’t?”
You are not alone...
and this is exactly why I created Birth Snug Socials.

As doula, yoga teacher, and mother I know from both personal experience and supporting families that birth is about so much more than facts, figures, and hospital processes. When I had a doula by my side, the difference was life-changing — I felt supported, calm, and heard.
That’s what I want for you too.

As a doula, I bring a perspective that’s different from a midwife or antenatal teacher. I don’t diagnose or make decisions for you. Instead, I support you with evidence-based knowledge, practical comfort techniques, and the emotional tools that make all the difference on the day.
These workshops are about blending knowledge with practice, building your partner’s confidence, and creating a safe, supportive space where every question matters and heard.

Because you deserve more than a birth plan. You deserve preparation that’s real, practical, and centred on you.
These workshops are not just another antenatal class — they are immersive, people-focused sessions where you and your partner can:
-
Walk through the stages of labour step by step, so you both know what’s happening and what to do
-
Practise hands-on comfort measures and advocacy skills, building confidence for the big day
-
Explore real “what-if” scenarios tailored to your plan and preferences, so you feel prepared even if things change
-
Prepare for the early postnatal weeks, because birth is only the beginning — recovery, feeding, emotions, and support matter just as much
Every gathering is designed to leave you with practical tools, emotional strength, and time for all your questions and worries to be heard.
And because community matters, each session ends with food, conversation, and connection.
What you will learn
Over 4 powerful interactive sessions, we’ll combine antenatal education, hypnobirthing, breathwork, movement, and real talk about birth — the joyful, the intense, the unknown, and the beautiful

Birth will always hold some unpredictability. While we can’t control every moment, we can equip you and your partner with evidence-based knowledge, practical techniques, and confidence to handle whatever comes your way.
In our intentionally small, cosy groups, you’ll feel supported, your questions answered, and your partner empowered to play an active role. This isn’t about ticking boxes — it’s about feeling truly ready, informed, and connected.
Spaces are limited to six couples, keeping each gathering intimate and personal.
Book your place now and step into birth feeling calm, confident, and supported.
