My Other Projects
Alongside Mama Kinga, I’m developing a number of projects that bring the same belief in connection, wellbeing and practical support into different stages and spaces of life.

Connected Living Wellbeing is a new approach to wellbeing in care and residential settings, moving beyond a traditional activities timetable towards experiences that reflect the individual people who live there. The vision is to bring together a network of skilled practitioners offering services such as therapeutic movement and chair yoga, massage and reflexology, music and art therapy, sound, relaxation and sensory experiences. By getting to know residents’ interests, backgrounds and changing needs, Connected Living Wellbeing aims to help care homes create a more varied, personalised and holistic approach to living well.

Neuroflow Yoga & Wellbeing brings yoga, mindful movement, breathing, relaxation and regulation practices into schools, with a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent and SEND children. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all programme, the aim is to work alongside schools, teachers, SENCOs and families to understand the needs of their children and develop sessions that are practical, accessible and appropriate for the school environment. Neuroflow is currently being developed with the intention of piloting programmes with local schools and growing from what children and schools genuinely need.
