Baby Massage Course – Macclesfield

Our 6-week baby massage course is designed to create a calm, nurturing space for you and your baby to connect, relax, and flourish together.

But this is more than just learning massage techniques. It’s about slowing down, building confidence, and sharing this special stage of life with other parents who truly get it.

What You’ll Learn

Over the 6 weeks, you’ll discover how to:

  • Massage your baby’s whole body using safe, soothing techniques

  • Support bonding and emotional connection

  • Help relieve colic, wind, and tummy discomfort

  • Promote better sleep and relaxation for both of you

  • Read your baby’s cues and respond with confidence

You’ll receive handouts and oil to use at home, so you can keep practising between sessions and make massage part of your daily routine.

A Space Just for You and Baby

Each class is gentle, unhurried, and baby-led — meaning you can feed, change, or cuddle as needed without feeling rushed.
We always allow time for tea, chat, and connection with the other parents in the group.

Many parents tell me this is one of their favourite parts of the week — a time to slow down, ask questions, and share the highs and lows of early parenthood in a supportive space.

Just completed a Baby Massage course with Kinga and it was wonderful. She created a welcoming and warm atmosphere whilst teaching us skills that our baby loved and we have incorporated into our bedtime time routine.
