Spring Within is a half-day prenatal retreat designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system and prepare for birth with more steadiness and confidence.

 

This is not a full antenatal course and it’s not a “perfect birth” promise. It’s a structured, supportive immersion that blends hypnobirthing tools, breathwork, gentle pregnancy-safe movement, guided deep relaxation and sound bath integration, alongside time to reflect, feel supported and leave with practical tools you can actually use.

 

You will be held by two experienced facilitators who care deeply about women feeling informed, grounded and able to trust their bodies and decision-making within today’s maternity system.

What you’ll experience

 

 

  • A calm arrival and welcome with herbal tea

  • Guided reflection and journaling to name worries and identify what helps you feel safe and confident

  • Nervous system tools: breathwork, body awareness and regulation practices you can use in pregnancy and labour

  • Gentle pregnancy-safe movement to release tension and support comfort

  • A guided hypnobirthing-style deep relaxation/visualisation to support subconscious integration

  • A live sound bath to deepen rest and support calm focus (moderate volume and pregnancy-safe)

  • Plant-based brunch-style nourishment and refreshments in a supportive space

  • A curated birthing gift to take home

About your facilitators

 

 

Mama Kinga

Kinga is an advanced yoga teacher and specialist in pregnancy, postnatal recovery, hypnobirthing and doula support. With over a decade of dedicated yoga practice and advanced training in Hatha, Yin, breathwork and meditation, her work blends embodied awareness with evidence-informed preparation. Her approach is trauma-informed, physiology-led and rooted in nervous system regulation. Through accessible weekly classes, immersive workshops and personalised 1:1 support, she builds supportive spaces for women to feel steady, informed and confident as they approach birth.

 

Natural Nia

Nia is a holistic health coach, nutritionist, somatic practitioner and sound facilitator devoted to supporting women through nourishment, movement and restorative practices. With a background in yoga, personal training and postnatal support, she understands the physical and emotional transitions of pregnancy and motherhood. Her work brings together grounded nutrition, gentle movement, energy-based practices and immersive sound to create safe, supportive environments where women can rest, regulate and reconnect.
