Join us for a relaxed, family-friendly afternoon supporting maternal mental health. Connect with other mums and mums-to-be over a gentle yoga session, baby massage techniques, and delicious snacks in the beautiful South Park.
You’ll also meet practitioners supporting pregnant women and new mums, and Smile Group reps to discover what’s available in our community for support.
