Motherhood is beautiful — and it can also be a lot.

Your body is still recovering. Your days are full. Your nervous system rarely gets the chance to fully settle.

It can feel surprisingly hard to leave your baby, even for a short time. The pull is strong. The guilt can be loud. That’s completely natural.

Held Into Spring is a gentle two-hour space created with that reality in mind — long enough to truly settle your nervous system, yet contained enough to feel manageable. A pause in the season of constant giving.

This is a mums-only, baby-free environment designed to support nervous system regulation, embodied release and deep restoration.

Not a social. Not a workshop. Not therapy.
A clear, contained experience where you can step out of constant responsibility and allow your system to reset.

What you’ll experience

  • A calm welcome and space to arrive (no rushing, no performing)

  • Gentle reflection prompts (sharing optional)

  • Somatic movement to release tension and emotional load held in the body

  • Grounding breathwork to regulate the nervous system

  • Guided deep relaxation transitioning into an extended immersive sound bath

  • Plant-based refreshments and a small parting gift to take home

Who this is for

This session is for you if:

  • You feel constantly “switched on” and want a real nervous system reset

  • You want to release tension in your body and rest deeply

  • You need space for your own thoughts and feelings without being needed
