Service Description

Continuous, personalised support from pregnancy through birth and into the early weeks of parenthood with a familiar, trusted person by your side when it matters most. This package is for families who want the reassurance of building a close relationship with their doula before birth, having continuous support throughout labour, and receiving nurturing care as they transition into life with their baby. This package includes: Comprehensive Antenatal & Hypnobirthing Preparation - 8 hours Everything included in the Birth Preparation & Continuous Support package, with additional time to go deeper into your unique journey, explore your individual circumstances, practise comfort techniques and ensure both you and your birth partner feel truly prepared. Ongoing Personalised Support WhatsApp support throughout our journey together during pregnancy (with responses within approximately 24–48 hours for non-urgent queries) Regular guidance, reassurance and a familiar person to turn to as your confidence grows Your Birth Support On-call availability from 38 weeks of pregnancy until your baby arrives Continuous in-person support throughout your labour and birth, wherever you choose to give birth Emotional reassurance and a calm, grounding presence throughout the changing journey of labour Practical support including movement, positions, breathing, massage, comfort measures and helping you create the environment that feels right for you Supporting your birth partner to feel calm, involved and confident throughout the birth Immediate support in the first hours after birth to support bonding, feeding and your transition into parenthood Extended Fourth Trimester Support Two 2-hour postnatal visits in the early weeks after birth Continued WhatsApp support during the first 4 weeks after your baby arrives (with responses within approximately 24–48 hours) Space to debrief your birth experience, process your journey, receive reassurance and ask questions as you settle into parenthood.
